Training Programme for Family Members

A fundamental step towards a better understanding of the disease is knowledge, not only of the disease itself but also of how to deal with people with dementia.  This knowledge means that family members are better able to cope with sufferers and improves the care.

We offer training courses for the following:

1. Basic knowledge of the disease
2. Communication and dealing with behavioural abnormalities
3. Activities and coping with life on a day-to-day basis
4. Emotional stress and ways of dealing with it
5. Legal aspects
